You make a record retrieval request (any size) in the Scan on Demand module. The module automatically notifies us that you want to see those particular records. We pull your records and digitally scan them.
When we complete the scan, your document is automatically securely saved into the Total Recall™ system in real time.
Then you open your Scan on Demand module again and navigate in your inventory to the record or records you selected. When it is available for viewing and saving, there will be a small paper clip icon next to the file name. If you select this option, you will be able to edit your records..
